At Branché, we aim to deliver your favorite styles to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

2. Order Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
    •    Metro cities: 3–5 working days
    •    Other cities & towns: 5–7 working days
    •    Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
    •    Free shipping on prepaid orders.
    •    COD( cash on delivery)A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.

7. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Branche is not liable for delays caused by:
    •    Courier issues
    •    Natural calamities
    •    Public holidays
    •    Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
    •    Please refuse delivery or
    •    Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours at brancheindia@gmail.com or +91 97841 02414.
