At Branche India, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy exchange and refund options subject to the terms outlined below.



Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Free from stains, perfume, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.



Eligible Exchange Reasons

You may request an exchange for:

Size or fit issues.
Damaged or defective products received.
Incorrect item received.
Any genuine concern regarding the product.



Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions marked as Final Sale.
Gift cards and store credits.
Customized, personalized, or altered products.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging.



Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please provide clear photographs for verification.
4. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available) or provide return instructions.
5. After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.



Exchange Charges

The first exchange for size-related issues is complimentary.
Additional exchanges may attract a nominal shipping fee.
Original shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.



Refund Policy

At Branche India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.



Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested for:

Size or fit issues.
Product not meeting expectations.
Change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Any other genuine customer concern regarding the product.

Free from stains, perfume, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.



Refund Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and the reason for the refund request.
3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
4. Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be approved.
5. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.



Refund Processing Charges

For approved refund requests due to size issues, change of mind, personal preference, or product dissatisfaction, a refund processing and logistics fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers reverse pickup, shipping, handling, and processing costs associated with the return.

Example: If your order value is ₹2,000, the refundable amount will be ₹1,850 after deduction of the ₹150 processing fee.

Exceptions

No refund processing fee will be charged if:

The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect item was delivered.
The issue is determined to be an error on the part of Branche India.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed after verification.



Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will prioritize the resolution and arrange either:

A replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund, as applicable.



Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Gift cards and store credits.
Customized or personalized products.
Products marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance sales.
Products returned in used, washed, damaged, altered, or non-resalable condition.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
