  • ๐Ÿ“… Request must be made within 4 days of delivery.
  • ๐Ÿ‘— Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags/packaging.
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Up to 3 pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
  • โŒ Returns not accepted for used, worn, or damaged items.
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ For damaged/defective products, clear images must be shared when requesting.

๐Ÿšš Step 2: Return Method Options

๐Ÿ” Option 1: Reverse Pickup

Available in select areas. Branche will arrange pickup.

We offer 7days of return policy from the date of delivery.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Option 2: Self-Return

  • Use a reliable courier service.
  • Include Order ID and Mobile Number on the package.
  • Send tracking details to our support team.
  • Branche is not liable for lost/damaged self-returned items.

๐Ÿงพ Step 3: Quality Check & Processing

  • โณ Item reaches us in approx. 6โ€“7 days.
  • ๐Ÿ•’ Quality check completed within 24โ€“48 hours.
  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds (for prepaid orders) processed and credited withinย 5โ€“7 business days.
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges/Damaged Replacements completed in 15 business days.

โš ๏ธ Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept delivery if package is open, tampered, or damaged.
  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • In non-serviceable areas, self-return is the customer's responsibility.
  • If marked โ€œdeliveredโ€ but not received, report within 24 hours.
  • Prepaid order cancellations post dispatch will incur a โ‚น100 deduction.
