At Branche, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, here's how to do it smoothly.
β Eligibility Checklist
- π Request must be made within 4 days of delivery.
- π Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags/packaging.
- π Up to 3 pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
- β Returns not accepted for used, worn, or damaged items.
- πΈ For damaged/defective products, clear images must be shared when requesting.

π Step 2: Return Method Options
π Option 1: Reverse Pickup
Available in select areas. Branche will arrange pickup.
π¦ Option 2: Self-Return
- Use a reliable courier service.
- Include Order ID and Mobile Number on the package.
- Send tracking details to our support team.
- Branche is not liable for lost/damaged self-returned items.
π§Ύ Step 3: Quality Check & Processing
- β³ Item reaches us in approx. 6β7 days.
- π Quality check completed within 24β48 hours.
- π³ Refunds (for prepaid orders) processed within 5β7 business days.
- π Exchanges/Damaged Replacements completed in 15 business days.
β οΈ Important Guidelines
- Do not accept delivery if package is open, tampered, or damaged.
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- In non-serviceable areas, self-return is the customer's responsibility.
- If marked βdeliveredβ but not received, report within 24 hours.
- Prepaid order cancellations post dispatch will incur a βΉ100 deduction.
