At Branche, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, here's how to do it smoothly.
โ Eligibility Checklist
- ๐ Request must be made within 4 days of delivery.
- ๐ Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags/packaging.
- ๐ Up to 3 pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
- โ Returns not accepted for used, worn, or damaged items.
- ๐ธ For damaged/defective products, clear images must be shared when requesting.

๐ Step 2: Return Method Options
๐ Option 1: Reverse Pickup
Available in select areas. Branche will arrange pickup.
We offer 7days of return policy from the date of delivery.
๐ฆ Option 2: Self-Return
- Use a reliable courier service.
- Include Order ID and Mobile Number on the package.
- Send tracking details to our support team.
- Branche is not liable for lost/damaged self-returned items.
๐งพ Step 3: Quality Check & Processing
- โณ Item reaches us in approx. 6โ7 days.
- ๐ Quality check completed within 24โ48 hours.
- ๐ณ Refunds (for prepaid orders) processed and credited withinย 5โ7 business days.
- ๐ Exchanges/Damaged Replacements completed in 15 business days.
โ ๏ธ Important Guidelines
- Do not accept delivery if package is open, tampered, or damaged.
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- In non-serviceable areas, self-return is the customer's responsibility.
- If marked โdeliveredโ but not received, report within 24 hours.
- Prepaid order cancellations post dispatch will incur a โน100 deduction.
