1. Return & Exchange Window
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.

• Reason for return
• Clear images of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

2. Eligibility Criteria
The product must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
Items failing quality check will be returned back to the customer.

3. What Can Be Returned?
We offer:

Subject to availability.
✔ Store Credit
If you don’t wish to exchange, we offer store credit valid for 60 days.
We do not offer refunds to bank accounts except in cases of:
• Wrong product shipped
• Damaged product received

4. Reverse Pickup
• Reverse pickup will be arranged once approved (serviceable pincodes only).
• A ₹150 reverse shipping fee may be deducted from store credit.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must courier the item to our Jaipur warehouse.
